Aaron Wang, is a 10-year old whose goal is End Suffering Save the World. I became Aaron's mentor, teaching him about quantum. Aaron became the Quantum Qid.

Aaron the Quantum Qid made a End Suffering Save the World video. First he Googled a lot to try and figure out how to do that. I though to start him off with our world-domination quantum technology roadmap. However Aaron stole our heart and turned our company good, so now Dark Star Quantum Lab is helping Save the World, too.

Aaron's plan includes the Circular Economy, in the middle of the ring of UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Global Goals. The Space Drones emit sunshine through quantum fusion. Everything Aaron does has a sunshine maker.

"Circular Quantum Economy" was coined by James Dargan of The Quantum Daily in reference to Dark Star Quantum Lab. James wrote an article about Dark Star in his March 26, 2021 article "Mathematical Rigor Main Equation For Startup To Bring 'Winning Horses' In The Circular Quantum Economy". This was his description of Dark Star's formula to achieve the Circular Economy through the Quantum Technology (QT) ecosystem.

C. $10M OFFER

1. Intelligent Market Solutions Group (IMSG) was instructed to offer a Greater Toronto Area university partner who has a Space Engineering program: a) $10M-$20M public-private-partnership (P3) seed funding, b) expertise, and c) resources for Energy Cloud City™ stage one. Stage one is a 10 to 20 year development of a district scale, state-of-the-art decentralized energy infrastructure asset and ecosystem based on affordable energy to stage Space Engineering technology. The value proposition is (d) nextgen smart campus, (e) economic resilience, (f) environmental resilience, and (g) investments in schools, hospitals commercial/industrial entities and other key verticals. The financial benefit to the third-party is creating the sale of an energy asset. This includes alignment to the university partner sustainability strategy to deal with energy, climate change, waste management, transportation, social justice, and other sustainability issues.

2. Public Private Partnership (P3) support: University partner has been offered support from (a) City of Markham Economic Development Office, and (b) York Region economic development office.

3. Risk mitigation of financial model: IMSG is in talks with GTA small-medium enterprise (SME) manufacturers to validate interest in affordable energy.

4. This program is meant as a large-scale sandbox and foundation.

5. Response: The prospective university partner offered to speak to the third-party, asking questions of IMSG, where the answer from the third-party is to "define, assess and build locally-generated energy (including solar, wind, fuel cells, energy storage and biomass), microgrids, electric transportation and smart city assets". IMSG is facilitating feedback from the university partner, prior to connecting with the sponsoring firm, to let them know the university partner is ready to review the Memo of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is simple, with three lines. Line 1) The definition of the scope of the project (e.g. physical size of region). Line 2) A commitment from the third-party to spend $ at their risk to help define the project, its Commercial Model, Business Model and Community Benefits Agreement (Funding Validation Report). Line 3) A commitment from the counter party that any work during this stage will not disqualify the third-party from further work on the project. The MOU authorizes the funding validation report.

6. The funding validation report uses this information as a base to determine the size of the initial $10M-$20M seed funding offer, and determines who is funded, by way of answering the question of What's In It for Me (WIIFM) for the campus, the municipality, and key industries.

The validation report will include:

a) Commercial Model (How will it generate revenue? What is the project complexity/opportunity capture?)

b) Business Model (How will the business actually operate?)

c) Energy Development Scenarios to arrive at project scope, supporting the

d) Community Benefits Agreement consist of environmental, technical, economic, financial, and social benefits, including jobs, where commitment to cities includes investment in schools, hospitals, commercial / industrial entities and other key verticals. The traffic safety component of the visor is envisioned to be a LiDAR equipped communication device connected to the Road Watch 2.0 plan. LiDAR is spacecraft technology (e.g. SpaceX, and our team's spaceship tech) showing up on the new iPhone.

The health diagnostic component of the visor is connected to a series of projects, for example a brain scan AI tool under development (TBA).

The visor is in discussion with Microsoft, other Augmented Reality (AR) hardware vendors, and Toronto Futurist Conference technology pioneers.
